quick and healthy delicious protein packed pepper steak yummy



ingredients

1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/5? thick
1 1/3 tbsp. olive oil
4 cups fresh or frozen green or red pepper strips
1 medium onion cut into wedges
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 cups hot cooked rice (optional)

method

slice beef into very thin strips
heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet add beef and stir fry until browned and juices evaporate push to one side of skillet
heat remaining oil add peppers onion and garlic and cook until tender crisp
add Worcestershire heat through serve over rice
